These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Internet service disruptions
• Power outages
• Pandemics or health emergencies

15. Severability
